JAX JANUARY SCHEDULE

This month at JAX, we continue to open spaces that are intentional, embodied, and deeply transformative. Whether you’re joining us online or in person in Bali, each experience is an invitation to slow down, feel what’s real, and reconnect with the intelligence of your body.

Through breath, movement, energy work, and nervous system healing, we support you to release what’s been stored, integrate what’s been suppressed, and come back into coherence—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

🌿 WEEKLY VIRTUAL SESSIONS

Live on Zoom – Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday

Wherever you are in the world, these sessions meet you in the stillness of your own space.
Each 2-hour class is a trauma-informed journey guided by one of our experienced JAX facilitators—Yasmin, Lea, Ruth, Layla, Emily or McKenna.

Through a carefully held blend of breathwork, intuitive bodywork, energy transmission, emotional release, and somatic integration, you’ll gently soften the grip of stored trauma, clear energetic blocks, and reconnect to the intelligence of your body.

🌿 IN-PERSON EVENTS – BALI

All sessions and retreats are held in our retreat space in Uluwatu, Bali, designed for deep somatic release and nervous system restoration.
Each offering combines our core modalities, breathwork, trauma-informed bodywork, Kundalini transmission, sound, movement therapy, and somatic integration.

A profound, five-day journey through body, mind, and energy.

A two-hour class focused on movement, breath, and emotional release. Rebeccas field supports you to soften the layers of protection, regulate your body, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.

A one-day immersion designed for emotional release and energetic recalibration.
