This month at JAX, you're invited into spaces that are intentional, embodied, and deeply transformative. Whether you're joining us online or in person in Bali, every session is a chance to slow down, feel what's real, and reconnect with the intelligence of your body. Through breath, movement, energy work, and nervous system healing, we support you to release what’s been stored, integrate what’s been suppressed, and come back into coherence—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

🌿 WEEKLY VIRTUAL SESSIONS
Live on Zoom – Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday
Wherever you are in the world, these sessions meet you in the stillness of your own space. Each 2-hour class is a trauma-informed journey guided by one of our experienced JAX facilitators—Yasmin, Lea, Ruth, Layla, or McKenna.
Through a carefully held blend of breathwork, intuitive bodywork, energy transmission, emotional release, and somatic integration, you’ll gently soften the grip of stored trauma, clear energetic blocks, and reconnect to the intelligence of your body. Every session is different—shaped by your energy on the day, and held with deep integrity by facilitators trained in our method.

🌿 IN-PERSON EVENTS – BALI
All sessions and retreats are held in our purpose-built space in Uluwatu, designed specifically for deep somatic release and nervous system restoration. Every offering combines our core modalities: breathwork, trauma-informed bodywork, Kundalini transmission, sound, movement therapy, and somatic integration.
